It’s a beautiful house that’s well maintained. The hosts are great. The outdoor pool is really nice. The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all.

Great house and location!

We love this house so much we decided to come back this year. We love the pool area. It's the best outdoor space of any home we have ever rented on 30-A; and we've been renting beach homes since 1997!The home has 3 large king bedrooms, a bunk room and a queen suite. It's perfect for our family of 10. It is so unique and well decorated. The kitchen will well equipped, cooking is easy. We really love the quite beach access. While we can't park at the access, we can easily ride bikes. It is so peaceful and relaxing.The hosts are amazing! Always responsive and helpful. Not that we had any issues because we didn't. Our stay was perfect!We will be back again next year!

Short walk or bike ride to the beach in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Our family had such a wonderful time in this CLEAN & BEAUTIFUL home. It's even better than the photos! From the moment we walked in we were all impressed with this gem of a home. It was spotless, perfectly decorated with the nicest most comfortable furniture and best quality of everything in it! The pool, hot tub and outdoor space are just the best!! The hot tub has fantastic jets and temperature settings. The pool was pristine and so relaxing! Wonderful outdoor shower & pool bathroom were such a convenience. All the beds were very comfortable! Plenty of bath towels, multiple refrigerators, ice maker, bottle filler, completely stocked kitchen, top of the line appliances, 6 bicycles and a backpack cooler! The owners are so kind and have taken great care to make this a very special property! They have thought of everything and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! They supply anything you would possibly need. We have been vacationing in the area for many years and this is by far our favorite rental! We are definitely looking forward to renting this outstanding home again next year!! Thank you to our awesome hosts for a memorable vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was responsive and made everything super easy. We especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

The house was perfect for our group. 4 adults, 8 kids (ages 3-16). Outdoor area was great! Pool, hot tub, outside table and TV were great additions! Inside, it was all the little things that were great! All the extra fridges, ice machine, water bottle filler!

The property was as good as advertised. The pool is a game changer. We have been staying at houses in the Destin area for over 20 years and I would rate this pool as the best. Also the living area was large and accommodating to several families taking care of children. Our host was kind and considerate and made our stay one to remember!

This home is spectacular. It has so many incredible custom features. Beautifully decorated and so spacious we didn’t even use the top level. The outdoor area is 10/10. Wonderful pool and spa. The beach access required a bit of strategy to get 10 people (4 little ones) to the beach. There isn’t any parking for cars or golf carts but we figured it out and it was worth the effort. The beach was so private and pristine. The host was super responsive and check in was a breeze. We all agreed we would welcome the chance to visit Double Dutch again.

Beautiful house, owners are very friendly beach was amazing a lot of great food and shopping options near by.

Low key luxury perfect for families.

Double Dutch was a perfect fit for our family. We had 3 generations ages 2 to 73 and this home fit us like a glove. Kitchen was spacious and allowed for several cooks to prepare meals. There are several living areas so family could spread out into groups. Everyone loved the pool area and deck area. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms worked well. We especially like the outhouse—convenient for pool and beach. Hosts were great. Location to beach was short walk or bike ride. Double Dutch will definitely remain on our family beach house list for future vacations.

The house was absolutely amazing! As advertised!! Plenty of space for our group of 9. Kitchen fully prepared for cooking or grilling. Short walk to beach’s, plenty of towels and bathroom essentials supplied. We walked in and had no worries. I’d your heading to the beach they have 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for your use. Would definitely rent this property again!

The house is beautiful, well organized, and CLEAN! We loved the design, decor and location of this property. Well appointed amenities and great communication from the owners.

Double Dutch was absolutely AMAZING!! It’s in a very quiet, nice neighborhood! It took 8 minutes to walk to the beach or less if you ride a bike! The beach is gorgeous & not busy! We had such an awesome trip & loved the pool & especially the hot tub in the evening! We would definitely stay here again:):)
