The questions we get most about staying at Double Dutch.

What's included with my stay?+

All linens and bath towels, hair dryers, starter toiletries, multi-zone AC + heat, the full chef's kitchen with high-end appliances and everything stocked, washer + dryer, high-speed WiFi throughout, Smart TVs everywhere, and the game room. Plus pool deck loungers, outdoor furniture, and a gas grill.

Can I bring my pet?+

No pets, sorry — firm policy.

How does check-in work?+

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 9:00 AM — both firm. We send a door code a few days before arrival.

Is parking included?+

Yes — on-property driveway parking. Bring your vehicles, no shuttle parking required.

How close is the beach?+

Eight-minute walk to the Gulf beach — quicker on a bike. Stinky's Fish Camp and 3 Sons BBQ are also walking distance from the front door.

Do I need to bring towels or linens?+

Linens and bath towels for every bed and bath are provided.

What's the minimum stay?+

Most of the year 3–5 nights. Peak summer (Jun 1 – Aug 15) is 7 nights, typically Saturday to Saturday. Holiday weeks (Christmas, NYE, Thanksgiving) require 5–7 nights.

When is payment due?+

50% deposit at booking, balance due 30 days before check-in. Refundable damage deposit collected at check-in.

What's the cancellation policy?+

Full refund more than 60 days before check-in. 50% refund 30–60 days before. No refund within 30 days of check-in.

Is the home good for kids?+

Yes — pool-safety fencing, a dedicated kids' bunk room with four bunks, a kid-friendly outdoor shower and bathroom so they can rinse off between pool and beach without trekking through the house, pack-n-play available.

Can we host an event here?+

No — the home sleeps 12 and that's the firm cap. No parties, weddings, or events of any kind.
