- ·Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 9:00 AM — firm, no early check-in or late check-out
- ·Renter must be 25 years or older
- ·Maximum 12 guests — no exceptions
- ·All guests must sign rental agreement
- ·No pets
- ·No smoking anywhere on the property or pool deck
- ·No parties or events
- ·Pool and hot tub use at your own risk — supervise children at all times
- ·Quiet hours 10pm – 8am — please respect neighbors
Cancellation
Full refund more than 60 days before check-in. 50% refund 30–60 days before. No refund within 30 days of check-in.
Payment
50% due at booking, remainder due 30 days before check-in. Payment instructions provided when we confirm your dates.
